Great bedside manners from every staff member including Dr. Shanks! Appreciate the lengthy time spent on me! It was as if I were the only patient there, although every room was full! Very professional staff!! My husband and I came the same time for services and were treated with gentleness and respect! After we returned home, Dr. Johnny called to check on Avery, never had that to happen before,,,would never think of going to any other dentist!! Thank you All for the care!! Robin & Avery York

This is Deborah....Everyone I came in contact with at today's appointment were friendly, super polite, and explained everything. One of the nicest office staffs I have come in contact with. Dr. Shanks went above and beyond, wanting to get to know me as a person. Very good experience.
