Well, so far so good. I had 2 teeth extracted. One to prepare for implants, the other a wisdom that was giving me trouble. I also received 1 implant. They were aware that I was very apprehensive, even with the Valium and the knowing I was going to have nitrous oxide. Both Dr. Shanks and the young lady named Heaven...and what an appropriate name for her, were very gentle, soothing and caring. I had teeth cleaning only today. Devon was my Hygienist. Very pleasant woman and did her job well.

My experience with having fairly major procedure done was very positive. I was treated kindly, and all staff members were attentive and personable. The work was done professionally with clear explanations, which i appreciated.
