I had a very good experience. The most relaxing office d I had experienced . Going to the dentist was never my favorite thing to do but this one seems to make the experience a lot better
This was my first time going to Northside dentistry and I found everyone to be very pleasant. My hygienist name is Devon and she was very thorough and informative, Dr. Banks was also very thorough and informative. They took the time to share a little of themselves and asked me about my life . I've never been to a dentist where they took time out to be genuinely interested in me as a person and not just me as a patient. I highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist. Northside Dentistry is the place to go.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The least amount of pain I have had at the dentist lol.. Overall great experience I found our family dentist.
Professional I was very pleased with the staff at Northside Family Dentistry. This was my first visit to a dental office in several years and they never spoke a word about the condition of my teeth only voice their recommendations of what needed to be fixed, timing for completion and cost. My kind of folks.

Had my teeth cleaned by a new hygienist this morning and she did a wonderful job. She was both pleasant and friendly, as well as very professional. We had a great conversation and learned that we were both Crossville natives. Thanks for the reminder text; although I had it on my calender and would have gotten a reminder later on, your text allowed me plenty of time to get ready and get to my appointment without having to rush.
