Wow....first class operation, building and equipment!! Front office team was very efficient and flexible. Mrs. Bell was one of the most thorough and caring hygienists I have ever experienced. Dr.Shanks seems t9 be genuinely committed to providing a comfortable "hi tech/hi touch" experience. No pressure to do anything for purely cosmetic reasons. Refreshing! Based on this first visit, I am not hesitant to personally endorse the Northside Denistry team.
My appt was with Devon. She's great! Very thorough, but friendly and gentle. I would give a five star rating for her work and customer sensitivity. The rating is 4 stars because of the sticker shock at the end of the appt.
The Dr. Shanks and his staff did a great job. And the follow-up call at home let me know that we're more than a customer, we're important to Dr. Shanks. Thanks for the great care!
Overall Experience I really appreciate my dental technician. She does a thorough job and yet is gentle with all those sharp tools! And the ladies at the reception desk were very helpful. Somehow I had not been receiving emails about my appointments. And I think we have that fixed, despite having some computer difficulties. Thank you all and have a Merry Christmas!

I found the staff very professional and helpful. Dr. Shanks seemed to be a very qualified dentist. He took a lot of time and explained everything in a way that I could understand. overall a very pleasant experience.
