The most unhelpful staff you can find. My mother needed some papers printed out from her doctor at the main Clinic. The staff of the main clinic in Hattiesburg said the Petal clinic could do it because they are part of the Hattiesburg Clinic network. They flat out refused. So we drove to the main clinic to get them, and asked again. Again we were told there was no reason they could not have printed them out at the Petal location. My family will not be using this clinic, ever again.
Time to meet with Orthopedic surgeon.
