Dr. James gave me the time I needed to explain my issues and concerns. He then followed up with a very thorough check up, including x rays. He explained the results clearly, and followed up with my treatment plan and next steps. I feel confident returning to him if needed, as well as recommending him to others.
I can’t say enough about Dr. James and his staff. They are truly exceptional. Every visit is marked by professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. Dr. James is not only brilliant in his field, he’s also very kind and personable. He was very thorough in assessing my back and neck problems and has recommended several options to explore to improve my situation. Never once was I pushed to consider back surgery. Highly, highly recommend Dr. James, and his PA Jason is excellent as well. Front office staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I recently saw Dr Plas James for a cervical as well as a lumbar spinal condition that has gotten worse. I have been a patient of Dr. Plas James for many years. I would like to state that he is still the best in his field who has excellent bedside manners, a true sweetheart who cares for his patients, If anyone is needing an excellent Physician in his specialty I would highly recommend him. Dr. James is an incredible surgeon. Truly a gift. His staff is caring and professional. I met with one of his PA's she was a great listener and we came up with a plan to address my issues. I am so relieved!
The office staff was so helpful and friendly. His nurse was very caring and intelligent in all of her assessment. Dr James has been my spine specialist for 14 years and because he did surgery all those years ago, I got my life back. Now I’m having another problem with my neck and I know he will choose the best option for me. Dr James treats you like you are his own family, such a great person and exceptional knowledge.
Dr. James and his staff are amazing! My husband has been seeing Dr. James since 2015. Dr. James and his staff always listens to what is going on and comes up with a plan to fix the problem! I would not let anyone else do surgery on my husband!!
