The staff here treats veterans with respect the woman that does the eye exams and the woman that fits the glasses they are an asset to every veteran!
Why do veterans in Central Mass have to make a 3-hour round trip to go to a VA hospital with all the funding we give the VA how about putting a VA hospital in Central Mass for veterans
The staff needs a little compassion while speaking to people in the waiting room. My mother has onset dementia and while I was waiting for my veteran father in his multiple appts she wanted to see a video of her grandchildren. I did not see the sign that asks us to not use your cell phones etc. My mistake. where we were sitting there was not a sign visible. I have to share this review. Today I took my 96 year old Dad here. I can't believe how nice they treat Veterans. The lady at the front desk at the hearing check in is so nice!!! The Dr who took care of my Dad was so nice also. These are caring wonderful people that work here!! I sure hope they see this post also. Thank You all so much for all that you do for Veterans!!!
