I just contacted Southern Quality Propane to swap out my 120 gallon tank for a 250 gallon because I got a generator. They wanted 1800.00 for the swap and install. No thanks!

Had Southern Quality Propane install a 250 gallon tank for my generator. Installation was great. Kudos to Ben, Pedro, and Jackson for the install. Great work guys.
The folks bought our account from Plantation Propane. Wish we had been given some notice. Southern showed up and charged right at double what we paid most recently. Approximately 6 times the rate that bulk propane traded at, at the time they made the delivery. I know folks have to make a profit or they wont last, but these folks are really expensive compared to the alternative companies. While Ferrell gas has had horrible cusomer service at least they dont Price Gouge as Southern does.
Had a delivery of propane today (12/18/24 truck 114) and what i witnessed was unacceptable to say the least. I watched the driver as he backed into the driveway and parked . He sat in the truck for a few minutes then exited and I watched him place a piece of cardboard under his truck . That drew my attention and upon inspection of the driveway when he left I found leaked black nasty motor oil on my nice clean driveway .
