They then gave me a box to hold the flowers with the vase. There was a cute note on the box saying that if you return it, you'll get a free rose. I honestly thought it would be just a single rose, but when I came back, they surprised me with a large, gorgeous pink rose, along with baby's breath and rose foliage, and all wrapped so nicely. It felt generous and genuinely thoughtful, not performative.

I had to call last minute to order an arrangement for a funeral and found they were absolutely fantastic help. They were patient with me and my many questions. They were even able to deliver my order on time despite my lateness. I will definitely be ordering all my future floral needs from them. Special thanks to Michelle for their kindness.
