I had to call last minute to order an arrangement for a funeral and found they were absolutely fantastic help. They were patient with me and my many questions. I’ve spent the last hour calling multiple florists to order a wrist corsage that was needed for today. Every place I called in the Willoughy Willowick and mentor areas acted as if me wanting to give them my money was an inconvenience. Very rude very short very much gave we don’t want your business.
