Love her personality. She is concerned about the patient and has a listening ear for questions and asks the patient if they have any questions. This place makes my dental experience the best that I have had in my adult life. There are not just there to take your money and send you out the door. They engage with the patient which makes the experience seemless.
Haven’t been to a dentist in 10 plus years (yeah I know)!! My tooth chipped in the beginning of this year but had no issues then all of a sudden BANG yesterday I started having excruciating pain! Called the office to schedule an appointment and told them how miserable I was and they were able to see me that day! The staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Rodriguez and his whole entire staff always make me laugh and put me at ease. Dr. Rodriguez is the best dentist I've ever gone to. I'm 61 years old and have gone to many dentists over the years, and Doctor Rodriguez is the best. They can do anything there that you need done. Dr. Soltau and the members of her staff including Brandy and Christie are amazing! They truly care about how I am doing. They take the time to answer all of my questions and treat me like royalty! They are very fair and open on their pricing and let me know what to expect before proceeding. Dr. Soltau's mission statement found on their website is spot-on! I am very happy to be in the care of such great people!
