Dr Sara is very compassionate and kind. She takes care to explain everything and makes sure you're comfortable. She even remembers to put Vaseline on your lips so they don't chap while she's working on you. The equipment is state of the art, down to the soft plastic they put in your mouth to rest your teeth on while she works.
This was the 1st time going to a dentist where the whole atmosphere is calming as are the amazing staff. I went in very nervous and anxious and was treated with kindness and understanding at every turn. They brought a chair for my family member so I could feel more safe and less alone during the visit. Dentistry has always scared me, but they accommodated me in every way they could to make this a positive experience. Thank you.
This a visit to re-cement a bridge that had come off. She fixed me up quickly and efficiently. A day later, my mouth is back to being healthy pain free. She treats her patients like family. All of her assistants her equally kind and skilled.
It was my first visit to Plant City Dentistry since moving to the area. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Franz had such a great personality and bedside manner. Casey (sp) was amazing as well. I will continue to go to Plant City Dentistry!!
I recently had to have a tooth removed because the root had cracked and had gotten infected. Dr. Franz was very concerned and decided that it was best to remove the tooth. She and her assistant, CC, were very compassionate and did a remarkable job removing the tooth. She followed up with a phone call to make sure I was doing ok, which is remarkable in this day and time!
Since day one I have experienced nothing but professional Dental care here and the entire system and staff move like a well oiled machine. To find a Dental office like this plus real, actual caring for how you feel and look is unheard of!

Dr Franz is the best dentist I have ever had in 30 years! She used her scanner to show me what my teeth will look like after invisalign and I am SO excited. She also did a few fillings on me and I didn’t feel anything during the entire thing! Their office manger Deanna is also so helpful and gets me in for emergencies every time I call. The entire staff makes me feel like family and I can’t wait to go back and start my invisalign asap !!!
Everyone is so nice and welcoming in the office. Dr Franz is great. I genuinely feel comfortable respecting her judgement and she is so caring and considerate
