So many issues with this place. I have a feeling this will be removed as there are no reviews younger than 3 years on here. Hopefully at least the doctor or CNA reads this and realizes that they are causing real harm to people. Especially people that don't look like them. Flu shot was given too high in the shoulder and caused bursitis. CNA's are not trained or accountable.
