So many issues with this place. I have a feeling this will be removed as there are no reviews younger than 3 years on here. Hopefully at least the doctor or CNA reads this and realizes that they are causing real harm to people. Especially people that don't look like them. Flu shot was given too high in the shoulder and caused bursitis. CNA's are not trained or accountable. When reporting lab tests, they said everything was fine because they didn't want to admit they forgot to send it to the lab. (Even though I was in the mid... read more

Dr. Farooqi is an outstanding doctor and truly one of the best I’ve seen in Plano. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. You never feel rushed, and he genuinely cares about his patients and their health. His staff is also very professional, friendly, and well organized, which makes every visit smooth and comfortable.
