My number one go to for birth control needs. I've never had a bad experience here and everyone I've interacted with is always nice and helpful. I also want to give a shout out to Rochelle for explaining step-by-step of my first IUD procedure today.
Almost always have a great experience with people here at the front desk, scheduling, and care. Today I talked to someone named Erin who was fantastic and went above and helped so much. I also spoke with someone today named Brie that was extremely rude and made me feel like I couldn’t call again, but that’s the only time I’ve experienced anything like that.
No parking and didn't see me despite being here early and having an appointment. Lady at the desk was unhelpful and rude
Not sure why they give the Depo shot. There are law suits against it because it causes brain tumor. Investigate before you get this! Very important.
These people are angels, I'm not sure what else I can really say. I showed up completely unprepared, embarrassed and terrified because of my current circumstances and I was met with patience, compassion and humanity. I hope everyone that works here, especially those who assisted me tonight, knows what a valuable gem they are.
