Just left the facility after needing care related to my Mirena IUD. Had an incredible experience throughout the whole process from the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Communication was amazing and needs were met, no questions asked. I would recommend coming here to anyone who asked.
I have gone to a lot of the PPs in the area and everyone is always so kind. Yesterday I came to this location specifically for an IUD placement. I did wait 45 min to be seen but they let me know as soon as I checked in about the wait so I didn’t mind. Shoutout to the NP who did my procedure- she talked me through the entire process and was so patient with me when I began to panic. The girl from the front desk even came to hold my hand. I went in on a week day, mid afternoon. It was easy to get checked in and I waited maybe 5 minutes before going back. All staff were friendly, clear and made me feel comfortable being there. I got my Nexplanon (birth control) removed and it was quick and easy. I would recommend this location in the future and will be back for regular health screenings (like my PAP). Thank you to the staff and Planned Parenthood for being there when I needed it 🫶🏼
