Came here for my abortion. It was great.
I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen, then learned that no pain management is offered for IUD insertion. When I debated going through with it when I know from experience that pain management makes a night and day difference, the provider judged me as having "low pain tolerance." After reading other reviews, I'm glad I didn't go through with it at this office, and I would recommend that people interested in an IUD go elsewhere.
Absolute waste of time. Couldn't even draw my blood after I had to take time out of work to do so. Then kicked me out because they refused to try again. Now I have to take MORE time off and go some where else. Ridiculous. Literally paid money for labs they can't even do. Now I'm out money and time. And have to pay AGAIN for someone else to do it.
