3 months ago my Fiance had a copper IUD inserted, and yesterday 11/20/2025 i called and made and appointment to have it removed as it was causing a good amount discomfort to both of us. Keep in mind we have the same insurance coverage don’t owe any outstanding balances or anything like that. The receptionist tells her that “sorry you are going to have to pay out of pocket to have it removed”. LOVE IT HERE!!!! received nexplanon 5 years ago and an iud yesterday. Very quick easy sign in process i recommend doing everything online before you go, I had a long wait to get back there, but that was to be expected with how busy it was. Amazing staff all the girls I talked to were friendly and so helpful, they made it very clear what to expect. Nice and quiet space. Parking specifically for patients next to the building which was nice. The doctor I had was great. Nice and straightforward. They went above and beyond to help remove a stubborn IUD. Thank you for being so attentive
I visited their office in July and paid at the time of appointment and asked if anything left ...now they mail me that I owe them some bill ...such a poor service by receptionist
Came here for the second time yesterday. My first experience was great, but I never reviewed. Yesterday the staff was super friendly, my provider Tameka and her assistant were so nice and welcoming and despite my anxiety about my prolonged menstrual cycle, they validated my feelings and made it feel like a safe environment.
