I had a wonderful experience here getting nexplanon inserted. I had to have an alternative to iodine which they were able to accomodate. Rachel did the insertion and was polite, had good bedside manner, and was gentle with insertion. After the numbing injection, we talked for a minute so that the lidocaine could fully kick in and then I did not feel any part of insertion at all. I had an appointment for Tuesday. When i got there the provider had an emergency so my appointment had to be rescheduled to Thursday. I asked for the same time appointment. Only to get there Thursday to be told my appointment was a lil earlier . If i wanted to be seen then i would have to wait for everyone in the lobby to be seen then i could be seen . When my initial appt was Tuesday
