I recently went to this location to take advantage of the no-cost pregnancy tests offered by PP. Every staff member that I interacted with in the lobby was friendly, professional, and helpful, creating a positive and composed environment for clients. Mayra, however, was an unfortunate exception. Her involvement in my visit was very important, as she was the one who was meant to share my test results with me.
