Everyone who works here at this location is amazing! Everyone is so nice and caring, they always make me feel so comfortable. I went in feeling a little nervous about my appointment. But everything went so smoothly, their whole team is incredible! 🖤
Every single person on staff here is so lovely, kind, and affirming. If you are in need of gender affirming care, I can’t recommend them enough. I transferred my care from Seattle and it was a perfectly smooth process. I felt so heard and cared for.
Leona at reception is an absolute ANGEL so sweet and made me comfortable for my scary adult appointment. SHOUTOUT LEONA MUCH LOVE BIG UPS
The kindest and most caring staff you could ever imagine. I went in for a sedated IUD & have severe anxiety about healthcare. Every step of the way I was reassured. My sweet husband passed out when I was getting my IV & they treated him just as kindly. Leona & Dee had me near in tears with how supportive & polite they both were during such a stressful experience for me. I wish I could give 6 stars because of how above & beyond the entire staff went.
I had a wonderful experience at this PP location. Staff, from front desk to MA/ultrasound tech/nurses and doctors, are all so kind and gentle! Spacious lobby/waiting area with free WiFi and bathroom. Patient rooms are clean and organized, including procedural rooms. They offered snacks and light beverages throughout my visit, checked in often to make sure I feel comfortable, and monitored me closely till I’m safe to be released. Thank you for your great care!
