Came to my first appointment here today. Came 15 minutes early, and have now waited over an hour for my appointment. The front desk says approximately another 15 minutes. Don't waste your time here.
Update: are we sure this isn't a dentist office? Getting anything done with them is like pulling teeth. Poor, rude, incompetent service. Went in last thursday to get a simple prescription refill, really all I needed was for them to call my pharmacy which they could have but didn't tell me over the phone. When I got home (it's an hour both ways on public transit so not exactly convenient) I called and have been waiting since. My pharmacy has sent over 3 faxes and called twice but still nothing.
