Attempted to change a scheduled appointment and I can't log in to the DocASAP system to do it. Tried calling MULTIPLE times, only to be put in a cue for scheduling reps that apparently don't exist. System says to leave a message and they'll call me back, except the mailbox is full. Thanks. I guess I'll just wait until you guys call me about my missed appointment so I can finally reschedule. Quit being so reliant on an obviously screwed up automated system that sends your patients in circles.
