Really poor in professionalism establishment. I have been calling about the same issue for over 2 months and still no resolution. No one EVER calls me back. Sad business.
If I could give 0 starts I would. They have held up my approval for building a new house for well over 60 days now and will not give my builder any reasons as to why. Legal action will soon occur.
Incredibly poor customer service. Phone calls are not returned, information provided is not correct, and the person on the other end of the phone has a blatant disregard getting anything accomplished. Simple things like where to send payment or how to get keys for the pool are pushed off on to somebody else who invariably doesn't exist or doesn't answer the phone or return email. Constantly ignores residents. They will not even return my call. Everytime I call they blame the issue on someone else.
