the hostess was terrible. we had a reservation for our anniversary and arrived early they asked for our phone number and never used it. when we arrived we told them we were here for our reservation. when we made our reservation we told them it was for are anniversary. they moved us over to the side and seated 4 couples before us. 2 of the 4 couples had no reservations. they asked us what had happened after we got sat down. it's sad when other patrons are the ones giving you the apology. when finally seated at a table next to... read more

We apologize for your experience and are looking into the issues further. Unfortunately because of the COVID situation we are limited on housekeeping services and are only able to do stay over service upon request instead of everyday as we usually do. And more unfortunately, we cannot always control other guests behavior, but we do apologize for the noisy kids in the hall.
went there tonight for me and my husband's first wedding anniversary . they put us at a nice table outside viewing the water. service was excellent and food was amazing! definitely will be back

My husband and my bestie organized a surprise birthday gathering for me, and wow, it was truly an amazing evening. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the cocktails were fab too...and every member of staff were so kind, very helpful and patient with us all. It really made the whole experience perfect. We would recommend Planks to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.
Just had another delicious dinner. Cajun flank steak, jalapeño cheddar grits, and corn salsa. Plank’s never disappoints!
Angel and Lovey - truly very accommodating. Service was excellent and very friendly atmosphere. We will be revisiting soon. Great menu too! Nice beer and wine list also. Thank you girls!
