Starting off, I am a high-functioning autistic person. I visited this place on a very rough day in my life, and I came in asking about their prices. I was given incredibly welcoming and helpful affirmations about the pricing from one of the workers there, and she helped me understand the menu. Past the great service, the smoothie was absolutely incredible, I will be coming back!
I don’t like this location I get confused sometimes with the way thy work things and they’re so rude about it. When I come In they wanna take my order without ringing me up and I’m not use to that since the other locations don’t work that way and they just look at me like I’m stupid and are rude. I don’t think I’ll be returning
No good I asked for a refund they said since they've already made the smoothie no refund could be placed not sure how no refund could be placed never walked out of the store never got handed the smoothie It was still sitting on the counter and I wanted a refund still in the store no help at all two young college girls that think they know everything. If the owner sees this please educate your employees on the process of disputes and procedures of goods and services not received
