I can’t say enough good things about Planet Smoothie in West Chester! Every visit has been a great experience. The smoothies are consistently fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I order them. Very disappointed with the professionalism at this Planet Smoothie location. Management frequently speaks to employees disrespectfully and openly yells at staff while customers are present. Watching employees get treated poorly creates an uncomfortable environment and reflects badly on the business. No one deserves to be embarrassed or harassed at work. I hope ownership takes employee treatment and workplace professionalism more seriously moving forward.
