This is normally one of my favorite places but today, they truly disappointed me. There was a lid blocking the drain and causing the water and sewage to back-up on the floor. One associate grabbed a broom to remove the lid. She proceeded to take the broom to the back. Grab some apples - everything but washing her hands. Admittedly I reluctantly decided to have a checkup after over 10 years of not visiting the dentist. I used the uninsured promo $59 checkup with full workup (Check thier website). The office is very clean and upscale. I was seated and offered a drink (coffee or soda), I chose neither as I was so nervous to hear what they would say about my teeth neglected. They told me the price for the services was covered in the initial amount I gave them. They verified it. Then they sent me another bill a month later for an extra $400. Plus they typically started late and it took forever to see a dentist.

I LOVE going to this location. I've noticed over the past few years that it's hard to find a Planet Smoothie in Atlanta, but this one has been going for quite a few years now. The staff are always pleasant and quick to get your order. The owner is a friendly former professional athlete and is often in the store working and conversing with customers.
