I started going here in 2016 to get my hair cut and colored. My regular stylist left but I wasn't notified so my last trip a gal cut my hair too short. There was no way I would allow her to highlight it after that. She kept asking me where and how to cut it the entire time as well. That trip cost $50 dollars. I won't go back. Had they notified me my usual stylist had left I would have gone some place else I needed it cut badly and took a chance. Paying $50 dollars for a wash and terrible cut is a deal breaker. While staying at Best Western Fairfield Inn I wanted to get a haircut. Across the road was Planet Salon advertising your choice of what you want and level of stylist you get...a high end hair salon. I wanted to be pampered and well taken care of...so I went to Planet Salon! It's OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!
I’ve gotten my haircut here before and it was good. Today i wanted to do an ombré and trim, it was such a big change for me and i was nervous. The staff was very nice and welcoming especially since i just walked in and didn’t schedule an appointment. My hair stylist was really great and knew what she was doing. The pricing was also very generous, definitely recommend to anyone for anything.
