paid well over $200 on 2 different occasions for my wife to get her bnb hair cut and colored, and they butchered her hair and her color. was not happy. I've seen ladies at the hair place in Walmart do hair 10 times better. These people will never get our business again. I told my wife her hair was not going to be done right and she didn't believe me. she believes me now.

Today was my first time at Planet Salon and it was awesome! The customer service was amazing, and my hair stylist Lorie went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect haircut! Also, she explained to me how to style my new cut going forward, which was much appreciated! I highly recommend Lorie and Planet Salon!! Thank you all!
This is the first time I have been too the Sir Barton Way location, I’ve been to Frankfort’s Planet salon and spa also but they were alright, Leslie did such an AMAZING job on my hair she was so easy to talk too and she was so honest and I told her I was very tender headed and she made sure and tried her best not too hurt me and it was not a painful experience whatsoever. She was so nice and I know I will definitely go back to her again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
