Service department is terrible here. I think it's the worst I've ever seen. Called today to order a part to later have it installed when it arrives and I was put on hold, and I timed it, 44 minutes and 27 seconds before I gave up and hung up. It would have been longer if I waited more. I just wanted to order an easy part that takes 2 minutes, and the part with install is around an overpriced $800. I had this part replaced 2 years ago nevertheless and it broke again. Called to see if I can get some kind of discount for a bran... read more
Horrible service department. Scheduled an oil change at 2pm on a Thursday and sat and waited for nearly 2 hours for my car to be finished, with no reason as to why it was taking so long to do something that literally takes less than 30 minutes to do anywhere else. They didn’t even have the decency to clean the windows or vacuum the floor mats like any other service center I have ever gone to does. Absolutely ridiculous will 100% never choose them for routine maintenance ever again.
