Very disappointed. My 2024 Nissan Ariya with only 22,000 miles had to be towed to this dealership. I called several times today for an update, and the only answer I received was, “We don’t know where your car is.” Girl who accept calls, is very unprofessional. After my fourth call, a supervisor named Ken or Kevin finally spoke with me and informed me that they currently have no loaner vehicles available and that I would have to wait, with no estimate of how long that wait might be. I wish 🤞 I didn't have to give 1 star..because they dont deserve a star...but a friend of mines got an oil change from here..told them he was going out of state....long story short his car broke down in flagstaff.....someone on the side of him on the 40 told him his car was smoking...once he got to a safe area all the oil dropped out...he was stranded had to get a hotel room for 2 nights..promised him he would be reimbursed.....and now they ghosting him...please dont go here
CROOKED The experience at Planet Nissan was a stressful waste of time because of crooked practices. The dealership took out the certified preowned status on the paperwork and claimed that it wasn’t certified after they washed it (what?). They also tried to charge us a higher price than the advertised certified preowned price. The manager claimed he didn’t know why his employees gave the answers they did, so the manager is either a liar or an incompetent fool. Ultimately, Nissan Corporate stepped in and saved the day.
