I've been coming to Planet Nails for years and will continue to come here ! Paul and Ty are the best ! They treat you like family and do an exceptional job !! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!! The shop is very clean and they all are so nice !!
I will never go back to this place. I have been coming here since they opened and within the last year they have completely made me mad. Their punch card to get a $20 off is a joke. It's more hassle than it's worth. Yesterday, after paying $70, my boyfriends daughter and I had to come home and clean underneath our toe nails because they didn't clean either of ours during our pedicures. Last time I didn't like how my nails turned out and they were completely rude to me about fixing them but I thought I'd give them another try... read more

First time I went here the guy doing my pedicure was in a hurry and my feet were about the same as when I went in. The nail tech doing my dip nails couldn't do designs and left bubbles on my nails, they also cracked after a few days. Two weeks later I switched to powder nails, the girl left them very thick, about 4 times as thick as my normal nails. We have been using planet nails for a couple of years but will not be going back. My daughter and mother in law went for their birthdays (my treat). Mother in law picked purple polish because that's what she wanted... The lady REFUSED to put the purple polish on her. Said it was a summer color and she needed to pick something else!!! She tried to tell her she wanted purple but the lady refused. Wow. Had to change and get the color the lady wanted her to have. That's horrible customer service! Never Again!
