Bought a used car here, salesman (Ryan) and manager promised repairs within 2 weeks, 8 weeks later, jumping through hoops they still haven't honored their promise. What happened to good business?
I've escalated it to the General Manager. He hasn't called me back for the last WEEK. I will NEVER buy from Planet Hyundai again. Their after sales support is HORRIBLE. AVOID this dealer at ALL costs!
