RecommendedHad a great experience at Planet Hyundai. We were interested in a new Sonata but wanted to look at another car elsewhere before we bought it. We asked if they could hold the car for 12 hours. They said go ahead and take the Sonata to look at the other car and get a better feel for it! Whatever you do, work with Mick to get your deal done. he will shoot straight with you, he won't waste your time and he is a professional. The folks at Planet Hyundai are very customer service oriented, don't play games and will do what they can to get the deal you want/need. I was no kidding, in and out in 3.5 hours to finance my 18 Tucson, and that included turning in a lease. what you see is what you get, and Mick and the crew there are the best team I've ever worked with when purchasing a car.

The hospitality was great, our salesman issac was really easy to work with. no haggle pricing was pretty easy. The only problem with the no haggle pricing is there was some damage done to the vehicle after pics were taken. Although the damage could be taken care of we don’t live very close to planet Hyundai. They would not negotiate a price with the damage. Due to lack of vehicles in our area because of the hail storm we agreed to take the car hoping we could make a trip to Golden from Colorado Springs.
