Honestly, besides the fact that it's so close and so reasonable, it's the staff that makes the difference. They're so friendly and welcoming. I walked in after a 2-month absence and Brenda looked up and said "hi Judi.". It truly makes a difference when you feel welcome somewhere. The gym is fully equipped, and the amenities of the Black card spa are fabulous; tanning booth, hydro massage tables, cryo bed, etc. Krys, the general manager is fabulous, as well as Brenda.
Playing christian gospel music is a pretty good way to get me to cancel my membership.
I’ve been coming here for about a year, and it’s an okay gym. It’s always crowded, and parking can be tough, but the staff is friendly and the place is clean. The free weights are solid. The biggest downside is the limited leg equipment—there’s only one leg extension and one hamstring curl machine, so you have to get creative to work those muscles.
