Was routed on the planet fitness app to this location for a one day pass. Once arrived the staff let me know that they don’t offer that and I’d have to go 40 minutes away to a different location to get the one day pass after the planet fitness app routed me here to this location. Management was very unhelpful and honestly didn’t seem to care about the app routing me here or anything. Very unpleasant experience
