The employees at this place are so disrespectful. Customer service is horrible. You should expect more from a customer service based buisness. I would never do buisness with this entity again. Neither will my family and friends. They make up rules and regulations that are not in the contract or even known to corporate. They make it super difficult to introduce a friend or family member to the gym. They turn down ID's and demand birth certificates while being rude, and unwilling to help.
