Thank you for your response. I did speak with the staff and management at the club, and unfortunately that's exactly why I ended up writing this review. The issue wasn't resolved at the club level, so I also attempted to contact Planet Fitness Corporate and even sent a direct message to Planet Fitness in an effort to get assistance. I tried to go tanning, but their system was incredibly frustrating. Apparently, employees have to enter their own phone number to authorize tanning sessions, and if there aren't enough employees available—or no one is available to enter their number—you can't tan, even if you're a Black Card member. It makes no sense to pay for a premium membership and then be unable to use one of the benefits because of an internal staffing or system issue. Just leave a review Alison was very accommodating I needed assistance and she def step it up! This planet fitness shower and bathroom are very beautiful. I did not give them five star because the shower pressure was not very great. But everything else was great.
