Equipment is always clean, never busy when I go. Friendly staff and members
This is my go to gym I feel very comfortable when I’m here. I know where all the machines are that I like to use. They even got a bunch of brand new treadmills and stepping machines a while ago. I will say the total body transformation machine could use an update. And even maybe an extra one 😅 they only have one and it seems to be a hot commodity.
Went in to check it out, poor taste of music, and too loud. Its nice the gym lets kids in, but its like a daycare. Who can really take this place serious as a gym with so many kids. Time to find a place that will help me reach my fitness goals.
