Cleanest plannet fitness ive been to! Great friendly staff! The black card area is the cleanest in the south!
Signed up through an advertisement for a special that was supposedly going on. I was immediately charged double what the ad said and consistently since. Do you think lying to get people in the door is a good business model? I IMMEDIATELY stopped going and will be discontinuing payment and finding another place that doesn't run scams. Absolute nonsense and a waste of time.
They have everything i need and the staff WAS amazing. They always made me feel totally welcome and valued as a member. They recently had a complete turnover and they are still in the restaffing phase. I'm sure the manager will find people who fit perfectly, just as she did before. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it's not 24 hours, which isn't a location issue its a planet fitness issue. Also, the payments are deducted on the 17th and cannot be changed.
