I used to love this gym when I was stationed at Fort Rucker, AL. I'm really disappointed though. Last year in May I walked in and informed the employee that I was requesting to cancel my gym membership because I was getting stationed elsewhere. Do not go here (Planet Fitness in Troy, AL). Charges will come out of your bank account that you do not owe. Yesterday I went to tan and was told I couldn’t because I had unpaid charges. I showed them proof of where the membership fees come out of my bank account every month (even the $49.99 that comes out at different times), and they still wouldn’t let me tan.
