This contractor did not pay the vendor (Soligent Distribution) when we had paid him and, in turn, we received a Mechanic's Lien - which we had to turn over to our lawyer. They never did provide the information to be able to monitor the solar panels productivity and we have been unable to reach them by phone, e-mail, or text for four months.
