Good stuff! – Very clean. Nice tanning beds. They have other options that aren't tanning. Prices are good. The people that work there are friendly. What else do you need?
SCAMMERS = Liars – Brier Creek and all Planet Beach's = Stay Away!!!!! I recently came into Planet Beach not even thinking about purchasing a package, all I wanted was some self tanning lotion. Great customer service! – I have been a long time member of Planet Beach as I feel they have some of the best tanning beds in the Triangle area. Over the years, customer service at a sister Planet Beach continually dissapointed me so I searched for other tanning salons. In Summary - Top Notch! – I became a member and signed a CONTRACT three days ago. I had such a wonderful experience there, that I wanted to share. Much to my surprise, I look and see all these negative reviews. Puzzled and curious, I started reading. Every single negative review is about "the contract". Making accusations of "scamming" and "dishonest". Folks, it is a one page piece of paper. You also get a copy of this to take home. NIGHTMARE! – people on here are right. they dont give a crap about customer service. i moved an hour away and i know i signed a 2 year contract so i have been paying the freeze cost of $5. my time was done in march and they say i have to give a 30 day notice and pay a full months cost still!! what is the point of a contract??! i was never told that and since i dont live around here anymore I havent been in 8 months. yet, they still want me to drop this money after i agreed to 2 years. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE – they will do anything to get you to sign a contract....they are liars and do NOT honor their word!!! They told me to fill out a form to tan and the next thing I know I am getting charged monthly and in a 2yr contract!! There is NO customer service....they DO NOT care about the customer after they get your money!! The FACTS,The owner gladly spent over half an hour on the phone with Laura helping her out. PB offers single session all the way to memberships. Laura chose the 2 yr membership and signed for it in 2 places on the agreeement. 2 months after signing she called to cancel. The form she signed clearly states there is a cancellation fee and 30 days notice to cancel early. WOW ! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME ! – I went to Planet Beach in Brier Creek VERY frustrated ! I have a medical condition that required me to either take chemo for a second time or to give a shot at tanning. When I arrived there nervous and scared because tanning was not something that I had ever done or believed in, one of the owners was there to lend a very kind hand. This place is a joke – I will never go a Planet Beach again. I tried out the one down the road from Crabtree. The prices were a bit higher than most places. Staff was ok. It was busy though. They wouldn't let me make appointments that were convenient with my schedule. I tried the Planet Beach at Brier Creek. The staff was very pushy and they tried to get as much money out of me as they could. They weren't listening to my needs. They tried to sell me something that was 80 bucks a month for TWO years.
