RecommendedMy girlfriend brought me in here for a Hotworx sauna workout. I thought this place was only a tanning salon. Wrong. This place is amazing! They offer a range of health treatments to rejuvenate and rehydrate your body. Rhiannon just sold me a great package and I can’t wait to come back and get some positive results!
I can not say enough about this spa! They go out of their way to make sure every experience with them is comfortable and pleasurable! As a past client of Glo Sun Spa I can honestly say they are much more affordable and really care for their clients. Thank you Planet Beach care team. My money and time have been well spent! 😊
Can someone please explain to me why it's 9:26 am and the location is closed? What a shit way to treat your customers and do business.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Bought a tanning membership for a year. The unreliability of the staff and business is a disaster. I have been there many times this year with the business closed. No message on answering machine explaining why they are closed and many times with no message on the front door. I have requested several times to speak with the owner but no response. Amanda was very helpful and sweet! I have very dry skin and I did the hydration because I know that spray tans dry your skin out more and I feel very satisfied with my results! Not only is my spray tan even and a beautiful color but it didn't dry me out!. The location is great and the parking wasn't difficult even though I went there around lunchtime. I would definitely recommend Planet Beach to any of my friends and family!
Don't waste your money. Terrible customer service and they don't keep their word. When the westheimer location closed abruptly I was told my pre paid tanning would transfer. Well... they changed their mind because they are a franchise and can do that on a whim. Buyer beware!
I was disappointed that every service is done by a machine not a person.
