From the moment you walk in it is amazing! The staff is so kind and welcoming and genuine, I’m just upset I didn’t find them sooner!!🎉🎉🎉
Dirty equipment. The owner gives you a “discount” on memberships if you leave him a 5 star review. That’s the only reason why this place has any good reviews. Don’t sign a contract for any type of membership. If you need to come here, pay by individual service option. Beware they will try to sell you watered down collagen enhancing products and misquote scientific evidence behind the mechanisms their of action. RecommendedGot a groupon from my fiance since he knew I was under a lot of stress. Kade was very friendly and has an awesome personality my first visit. My second visit with Rhiannon was great too! She got me in with a special. Even though the services they offer are automated, their encouraging personalities make it worth going. I love the Hotworks, Body hydration and massage are my favorites.
While traveling, I spent the night in Houston. My tan needed a little boost, so I stopped in at Planet Beach. Everyone there was very tentative, friendly and pleasant to be around. I will definitely stop in for another boost next time I’m in town. See y’all soon ladies...
Owner is very nice, really takes care of you while there, great staff, very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spa/fitness place.
