I love this place! I have dropped a bunch of weight, my skin and hair glow. I get a massage almost everyday, I love doing yoga in the heat. The owner, herself addressed an issue I was having, and every single staff member has been complimentary and knowledgeable. The price is unbelievably low for an unlimited pass. I get tanning, hot yoga, red light therapy, massages, oxygen...I have not felt this healthy in years. I can't say enough good things about the St. George Planet Beach.
The Hotworx biking and rowing has been beneficial to me for fat loss. The unexpected side effect has been how the infared has helped me with muscle recovery. I have been able to go harder with my weight training in the gym with less repair and recovery time between workouts. AMAZING!!!
