I discovered Planet Beaches on Westheimer in Feb., 2013. And I am so thankful I did. I go at least 3 times weekly and I love it. The staff is amazing! They are so warm and friendly (they know my name - which is a hard one) and they are amazing at multi-tasking. The ladies are most helpful in setting appointments around my work schedule. The spa experience is like no other (so be ready to think outside the box) and I am happy to say I am already seeing/feeling results in facial and body tone (2 different spa treatments). I visited Houston from Wisconsin for my sister's birthday. We experienced the compilentary day of services which were fabulous. The ladies at the spa were very sweet making me feel pretty and on top of the world. The hydration station and the facial was my favorites. I am a 22 year old young man and never been to a spa before. I went for the first time with my mom for a massage and found that there were other men of all ages that were there to get facials and massages as well. I was a first time guest on Saturday 24th, at the Planet Beach on Westheimer. I think that might be there busiest day lol!! There were clients everywhere! They knew nearly everyones name though which was really neat. They were running back and forth but they knew where everyone was going so although on the outside it looked a bit chaotic everyone was very calm and relaxed. The service I received at this establishment was so terrible that I'm spending time to make sure others are aware of it. I don't normally write reviews unless they are good, but I am making an exception. I was left in a machine and told the person would be back in 20 minutes. In between treatments, I had to track down the person who was supposed to be helping me. Instead of doing her job, she was talking on the phone. Great Staff, Relaxing Spa – I have been a member since Oct. 2010 and the new management has made so many improvements to the spa. New services have been brought in and I LOVE them for it! I get great results from all their products and services. The staff is caring and professional. Best Staff ever...... – Love this place the director is the best woman.....she takes care of her store......takes care of clients answers questions or concerns....very smart with explaining the services....all the girls are trained with MANNERS love that about this place......they have my appointments just perfect....and clean the machines between each client take such GOOD care of me.....some people dont want to be on time or miss appointments and then want to have an attitude ......these ladies are very awesome in my book.... read more

Very Relaxing! – I am not sure why there are so many negative comments?!! I really enjoyed not only my 1st visit with them, I enjoyed all 3 of my groupon visits. The first day was a little crazy but only beacuse I was running late. They still were able to get me in my services and even gave me a complementary session.
