I visited the Marshfield store with my mother on 10/29 and experienced the worst customer service. We arrived at 5 minutes to 5, 5 minutes prior to the store closing. The female employee working, held the door shut as my mother went to open it and told us sorry, we're closed, shrugging her shoulders, like oh well and locked the door. The open sign was still on and customers were still shopping. Very rude and disrespectful to customers...the ones who give them business and profit in their pocket. I'll never shop their again.
I was there yesterday and they were extremely nice and helpful
I always enjoy stopping here when I go to my hometown! Every employee has such WONDERFUL personalities!!! VERY KIND AND HELPFUL!!! I even got to meet the owner! Have also enjoyed stopping at there Spencer WI location!!!! Thank you for bringing HEALTHY CHOICES!!!! :)
