I’ve always loved shopping here as I’m able to get products I need at the tips of my fingers. While in the past I’d give Plan-it Earth a 5* for customer service, I do have to admit, it has gone done a bit. John used to fabulous all the time and was always very kind, since adding more employees... the customer service is lacking. Wish John was in the store much more!!
Went there for the first time yesterday and will not return. Explained to the man what I was looking for and also told him I have an allergy to a natural fruit and need to make sure that the products don’t have that in them. He either didn’t listen, didn’t believe me, didn’t care, or doesn’t know his essential oils. Shortly after I talked to him, he decided to start a diffuser. Great service with an excellent variety of products that you can't find anywhere else in town. They are also very reasonably priced and are willing to order in products that you want. I would hands down recommend this store to anyone. AMAZING vegan cookies too! <3
