The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Plan-it Earth has a wide selection of products. I only wish they'd sell Badger Balm.

If the person at the counter does not know the answer, they let you know who would be able to answer it and when that person will be in the store. Great service and helpful in all the questions.
Products and variety are great but it only takes one bad apple to ruin the business.
