Plan First has set my company's entire network up from day 1. They are always quick to respond with any issues and we will continue to use them exclusively for any IT projects we have. Though I use Plan First at a business level mostly they have also been great to work with for what little personal use issues I have needed solved too. Thank you for being a reputable and reliable local business.
We are pleased with our experiences in using Plan First. Great results, fantastic customer service, and quick turn around time. Not to mention clear explanation of the issue, the fix and recommendations for preventing future problems. I would highly recommend for all personal and business computing needs.
They deserve ZERO stars. My parents brought their computer in recently to replace the hard drive. It took these "techs" THREE WEEKS. Not to mention they overcharged them for the deal. Never mind the inconvenience of not having the computer for 3 weeks, not being able to Skype with their grandchildren in Texas all that time, we were worried it would go right through the holidays too. I just had my computer's hard drive replaced (in Texas) & it took ONE day, & $50 some dollars LESS. These people were also rude & kept coming up... read more
