I have had Multiple tests "misplaced " with them leading to much more problems for me. SMH
RecommendedThese people care when you need it the most and are willing to fight for you and your family. Their Pediatric Hematology and Oncology center saved my sons life. They are professionals who care but are willing to move quickly and to whom I will be eternally grateful for. NOT TO MENTION their radiology dept. who also goes above and beyond, had it not been for them we might have known to late about his cancer (Monica...yea she is amazing). The ER personnel is so very rude. The person that fills out the paper work needs to be fired. She treats people like they are faking it. My daughter was treated so badly that she walked out of the hospital and went to another hospital. She had a severe infection, possible sepsis, kidney stones and possibly surgery in the morning. She caused her to walk out and go to another hospital. She ended up crawling through the parking lot , so sick .....I am over 1000 miles away and I am trusting you to care for her. What is

RecommendedNice staff, but right now we are on our 2nd call to get a follow up appointment for a broken clavicle. First call was cut off after a 20 minute wait. We're on hold on our 2nd call for 40 minutes. Wonder when we'll get cut off on this one.
It is 5:40 pm on Sunday, 9/6. I cannot get into their main phone line for ANYTHING. I need to find out the result of my husband's surgery, but I can't even get through the main phone line without some inane recorded message. So, it's a "Labor Day" weekend, I don't care. The doctors at the urgent care do not care about their patients and seemed very annoyed by thier presence. They misdiagnose people all the time and seem too much in a hurry to actually treat. I don't understand why, the primary care providers are excellent at this facility. Going to the urgent care is a complete waste of time. save yourself the hassle and go to the PresNow down Coors.
