Surgical floor has amazing nurses & staff!!!
My daughter has had to drive two hours away to go to Lubbock because of this incompetent hospital. Her husband is stationed in Clovis so unfortunately this disgrace is the closest choice.
Came from San Antonio and got very sick, very suddenly. Loss of breath, very high fever, dizziness. I'm 60 and worried. I'm here with my young granddaughter. I called your hospital at 9:55. On the 3rd attempt, I was able to connect with a young lady whom mumbled and spoke so fast that a guy who needs help couldn't hear it. Hospital visit was covered by insurance but the ER doctor was not. They didn't let me know this prior, but then again I thought I was having a heart attack.
I was in for dizziness and the room spinning... I was so sick and ER Dr, Rodriguez was so flippant and rude. He was very rude to us. I called him down once and he apologised but was still sarcastic. When I saw my Dr on follow up, they said they hear that a lot. They also missed a problem that my Dr caught on lab work.
