We were there on the busiest day of the week, Saturday. There were about 30 people in the ER waiting room when we got there and about an equal number came afterwards. So they were super busy. Still, check-in was quick, as was taking vitals. The slow-down was drawing blood & getting into an ER room. It took us 8 hours to get there! Once in, we got minimal attention for another 6 hours. In fairness to the staff, our ER doc had to deal with an emergency, so we were there an extra couple of hours (to 6 am!). How was the level of... read more

The night nurses in delivery were the absolute worst. Both times I went to have my children the night nurses were a nightmare who didn’t listen, however the daytime nurses were spectacular and the NICU nurses were phenomenal

I was treated horribly by a Dr Gumati and a charge nurse named Felicia. I had major burning and inflammation in my intestines and multiple hemorrhoids causing a lot of blood loss. The doctor refused to listen to me answering his question s and had a major attitude. He upset me to the point of years and refused to help me. The charge nurse threatened me to have security throw me out of the hospital because I couldn't stop crying. The pain is still intense and I sat in the room for hours ignored by the staff with no food or he... read more

Avoid this location at all cost! The management doesn’t care about its patients. I live on the east side but have to see my doctor here. Not knowing how traffic will be, and not wanting to be late, I arrived 50 minutes before my appointment time. They won’t let their patients check in more than 30 minutes early. Why? None of the other locations operate this way. Yet, you arrive a minute late and they won’t see you: you’ll need to reschedule which is usually months in the future. This is NOT the care I am used to receiving fr... read more

I needed intimidate attention. I felt like I have a hernia and the Emergency room was disgustingly overcrowded and nothing was getting done. I was yelled at because after patiently waiting for 4 hours to be seen because the nurse did not have an answer as to when I could be seen. I had also been to the Presbyterian Estancias location where they turned me down on Saturday because I went at 2:00 pm. and they close at 4:00 pm so both places need revision on policies.
