Disgustingly filthy ER triage! Dr. did not listen to my complaint. After ignoring me and telling me my EKG looked fine I gave him a piece of my mind. He came back a few minutes later and confirmed my original complaint showed up on the EKG after all. Very disorganized staff and poor communication. Sanitation? What is that?
Been here over 5 hours waiting at the ER still haven’t seen a doctor this is uncalled for and not acceptable
RecommendedWe went to the Emergency Room this morning. You could not have found more caring, efficient and knowledgeable ER staff anywhere. From the triage nurse to the PN, RN and respiratory N, they were the best!
RecommendedWe were there on the busiest day of the week, Saturday. There were about 30 people in the ER waiting room when we got there and about an equal number came afterwards. So they were super busy. Still, check-in was quick, as was taking vitals. The slow-down was drawing blood & getting into an ER room. It took us 8 hours to get there! Once in, we got minimal attention for another 6 hours. In fairness to the staff, our ER doc had to deal with an emergency, so we were there an extra couple of hours (to 6 am!).
