Longest wait time I've ever been through. Honestly, customer service sucks, plainfield walk in needs to re - evaluate how it runs it's medical center. This is just ludicrous. Either hire more doctors to manage the work load or don't be a walk in center. Staff here simply can't handle it.
I'm told 30-40 min wait and 2 hrs later my paperwork hasn't been processed. Happens every time I go. Never again, I'll pay the extra to go to the Bacus nearby and get in fast.
Beyond awful. Glacial, rude service, after entirely too much paperwork.
